Our prices are inclusive of all taxes.
The shipping cost is added when you put your product in the basket.
In the rare case of a stock outage, we will contact you with a probable ship date, and you have the right to cancel at any time before shipment without fees or penalties.
Payment and Data Security
We accept payments by credit card, fund transfer and checks in Euros. For wire transfers and check payments, we ship as soon as the funds are cleared into our account.

We use your personal data only as far as is necessary to process your transaction, or to inform you of product offers. . We do not sell or communicate client data to other third parties. Since our headquarters are in France, you are protected by the "informatique et liberté" French law, as well as laws and regulations applicable in the country to which we shipped your oder.
Warranty
We warranty our products against material and workmanship defects for 6 month after we ship. We do not warranty our products against normal wear and tear, modifications or alterations not made by us, improper storage, or damages due to accidents and use outside of normal recreational practice.
If you experience any problems during the warranty , please contact us before returning the product at : Retours at i-Sails.com i-Sails reserves the right to either replace or repair the product, within commercially reasonable time frames.
Returns
We do our best to describe our products on our web site. We are happy to call you if you have any questions prior to purchasing.
If, however, you were disappointed upon receiving your sail, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) .You must contact us before returning the product. (Retours at i-Sails.com )
The returned product must be complete, and brand new. We can not accept for returns any sails that have been used at all, even gently.
For your protection, refunds will be made exclusively against the credit card that was used for the initial purchase. |
